No the Medmen name isn’t official

not sure how that would work in court bankruptcy proceedings - but technically, it's Superhero not Tilray that is owed money.
I guess depending - they'd get whatever is left over, including the registered name.
Not sure why they'd want to use the name - but Simple Simon is living a delusional existence.

I like how he now says 'I bought the craft brewers' - it's not 'we bought the craft brewers'. It's HIS company now, not investors

Out If control - shouldn't be CEO

Yes, the name is certainly recognized. A billion dollar valuation that declared bankruptcy and hundreds of millions in unpaid debt.

If you want to use a name associated with 'loser' - then I guess Medmen is a good choice - and the best part? Simple Simon only had to spend $225 million of investors money - and dilute their value - to possibly have the chance to use the name Medmen.

The guy is a joke

 


So is that official. Tilray owns the rights to the Medmen name? Nice name and they had nice red bags.
