Tilray Brands and Truss

No need for discloser to investors at this time. We all new the facility was up for sale. This short distort on Tilray Brands is comical, you would think it had skin in the game

The main asset sold was the facility, that investors already new about. Great!
More money in the coffers for expansion!

All the infused beverages are under Tilray Brands. Truss does not exist anymore!

Com'on, they are #1 in Canada in that category.

End of story!

That's my view anyhow.   I've tried to coney my extended timelines numerous times here, long holds allow nonsense like this to play out. Pretty reasonable to speculate that way IMHO, does align. Here's another thing I'm considering... The 4 new breweries being added doesn't fit the criteria of enabling the US expansion plan, unless those breweries are to be converted to infused drink production. I'm looking at the above as a possibility however I am more inclined to guess that there's another deal / acquistion ...more

I think this purchase was related to distribution They did not previously have good distribution in states like Texas and Michigan.  One thing they are doing is increasing the distribution of some of their brands, Sweetwater is a good example.  They are also targeting hemp beverages in Texas And of course they will have distribution in place to easily launch THC Bev when the time comes ...more

Agreed, TLRY is building out distribution, without question for the craft beers but I think the timing ties to the Cannabis products, likely drinks as the breweries can be leveraged in multiple ways JMHO Q
