First off you would need to understand the fundamentals to make that statement.

Secondly the last 2 QTR reports showed substantial progress in paying down debt and growing revenue with record QTRs for both.

The company expects to hit cash positive in all operations for next report out.

I would suggest you look at the reports and start learning more about fundamentals rather than the low shareprice.

The company is not the shareprice
The shareprice is not the company

This is how good companies can trade cheap and poor companies can trade high 

You need to be able to tell the difference
