You're absolutely right Ventura. TLRY is better then most and now that the DEA delayed rescheduling MSO's will tank badly. TLRY will also be effected but will recover much sooner given its reduced its exposure to any single market or government to be non impactful by diversification and operating a global footprint legally.

Curaleaf already down 40 percent past six months. Now delayed rescheduling until after election when it isn't quite clear what Trump will do?  Invest in TLRY brands is the only safe cannabis play at this point.

If Trump holds to his norm he will legalize federally and allow states the power to impose regulations on their own.  It only makes sense considering it was his approach to abortion but it also allows him to win votes support without annoying any ultra conservative members of the GoP. He noted that he will speak on Florida legalization "here soon" so we may get more clarification
