Irwin Simon syphons off $25 million a year as CEO of Tilray whilst managing to drive the share price down into the ground.

The highest paid Canadian bank CEO gets paid $15 million with average salary being $11 million.

CEOs get compensated with both a salary and shares in the company.  The shares only benefit the CEO once the market moves the prices higher and then the CEO opts to sell some or all of their shares.
