It's easy to get your debt down - just issue shares

to pay it off like Tilray does.

Not much choice - Tilray is burning cash, new fianncings, new share count increase - again - to finance new acquisitions and pay bills.

If they get rid of Simple Simon - I'll buy some Tilray shares
