Your second states that TiLray paid $250 million for an infused beverage patent? For a beverage sector that accounted for $12 million a year of gross sales for Hexo/Truss.

In other words $250 million for an infused beverage nobody wants to drink?

Tilray had its own beverage parents, as do many other cannabis companies. Many choose - including Coke, Pepsi, Molsonand Annheuser chose to stay out or get out of a sector no one wants

What can be extracted from one plant over another is different. What is extracted and what is placed into each drink is up to the manufacturer of the drink itself.

Did you know that TLRY holds a patent in drink infusion, ya they got it from HEXO Corp, a long with the food infusion patent and certain manufacturing patents
