With the results in Florida, the sweep by the Republicans, this article from May, has never been more relevant. 
It will go one way or the other. Nothing on Sced 3, Safer, 280e or
Hemp closing the loophole but, legalizing THCa, HDD9 Delta 9  (low dose) along with Hemp in the Farm Bill.
The MSO's would be crushed if they didn't reform. Seems Curaleaf is already on the path.

They sell thc drinks in legal states that are way stronger than 5mg per can.   It's ridiculous that they want to close the so-called hemp loophole, its such a small amount of thc.

Agreed! But, the MSO's don't. Cheap, intoxicating, federally legal for now, and not their market! Farm Bill Hemp will be a game changer in 2025.  Could see a blood bath either way it goes.
