Developing an oncology solution not yet found in the market with almost zero side effects and unmatched efficacy, while concomitantly finding that this same compound has a 99.9% kill rate on viruses new and old that have gone virtually unchecked for decades.  Navigating that through FDA approvals to the point now where it is almost ready for market approval.  All on a shoestring
