Fianacials are out

Can't see the "buy" rating after you review the f/s, and not enough cash flow plus w/c to repay the debentures coming due.

Maybe I am wrong but as per the FS, about 22,829 Deb is due by Dec 31, 2016 against which they do have cash on hand of 23, 562 plus the cash flow they will have during the current year Mortgage os as of Dec 31, 2015 is about 409,606 against appraised value of 730,138 and book value of 583,416 after impairment. I am thinking the company would be able to survive although I admit it could be tricky. ...more
