up? No,  Check my dilution table of debs due that I posted several months ago in this forum. Next note due this coming July, if I recall correctly.  Any gains will be diluted again, and yet again forward of that.  You'll just end up owning a few Morguard shares in the end. lol.  However, if you commit to the bouncing dilution ball, I'm thinkin' in the end you might ...more
