Sherwood Park, AB lost is 5,5M. This hotel was bought 15,15M on may 2013. Woundering who is the buyer.

This hotel is one of the worst performing property, with 50% occupancy rate, less than 20% margin. The mortgage balance of $9.1M was renewed at 5.2%. The net earning cannot even cover interest cost, probably burned  half million cash in 2016.   The timing is good as hot season just passed. TPH gets 0.5M cash plus no more bleeding from this hotel.  Fort Mcmurray hotels are performing ...more
