As of 2017-09-30, there were 152,407 TPH short interests, around 50K shares were shorted around $3.60. As TPH is fixing its balance book and expected much better 3rd quarter financial, short covering seems to be happening now.

debt obligations are also under control. Stock should be $5+ in no time GLTA
