Rai is a loner, it is hard to keep trust. His rights offering seem not to be very popular, but maybe thats is what he just wanted. So much large ask on TPH below the 1.77$
 Just look at TWC priced at very low level, he does his job and buy as much as possible (insider report).

So they never sold it. They just changed who will operate. Maybe it's away to save cost.? New should come out soon
