Has anyone done an analysis of what Morguard will own after this next rights offering?  My thinking is that they keep ratcheting up their ownership so that the take out price, even if it's high, is irrelevant because what they don't own is so small.  But maybe there are securities rules that they can avoid paying up for the remainder?  Obviously Armoyan is not wanting to be ...more

My thinking is very soon Morguard will sell All or some local assets to Armoyan. Armoyan will then go private. The last holding share holders will be bought out.

I'm trying to figure out of Armoyan and Sahi are teamed up on this, or against each other?  And will the management of Temple, who is Morguard, just announce another rights offering after this one closes, and then another one?  I'll go broke trying to ride along, and obviously they want to see shareholders throw in the towel. I'd love to see a spreadsheet of their ownership ...more
