Not sure, but there should be a press release out shortly detailing the insider participation in the rights offering. It closed 7 days ago, last time they had a press release out in 6 days. And at some point, it would be nice to hear what Armoyan is after. He has been buying in the market regularly, in addition to exercising rights. Armoyan is a shrewd investor in turn-around stories, and also ...more
