BUY BACK

Now would be a time for TPH is buy back shares at market price and cancel them. This would help raise the share price Value.

ouch terrible timing. Their last buy back was destructive @$3. In any case, with approximately 15% of shares not held by institutions.... This will further reduce the share float. I assume institutions won't be selling shares.

Hi, neither Morguard or Armoyan would typically be considered institutions. They are really just wealthy real estate focused individuals. Rai and George. The remaining institutions are Burgundy with 575k and Lysander with 150k. (Morningstar numbers) Burgundy has been bailing. So, 1% institutional. The timing is a laugh.
