TNON..... 1/2 hr to go....This is my take on TNON

Since they have announced that they are not going to do a P.O....they only have a few alternatives:

1) Find a "White Knight" to give them a bunch of money via a Conv. Deb

2) Do a RS ...say 5 or 10 : 1 then follow with a P.O at higher prices post RS

I say Option 2 is the logical choice
