David reminds of of a leech once he gets on he suck as much life out you.
He has been the worst thing in this company.
He will suck it dry till theres nothing left, this borders on fraud and should be investigated.

Highly unlikely voting him out. not enough investors even bother to fill out their proxy vote forms......everybody who wanted out, like myself, from this disaster are already gone. Poor management from the top all the way to the bottom......
