in all my years of "investing" I have never seen a take-under. I feel bad for shareholders. Shows that not all managements have their shareholder's best interests at heart.

the meeting starts at 9:30 Calgary time or 11:30 eastern time, so we should know the results by noon or so. The results will be a big fat NO, that's my prediction. GLL
