Bone-headed strategy

What a bone-headed move. They just sold basically 20% of the company for less than book value, and diluted the equity of the existing shareholders. This after a $3.55 share issue in the Spring. What happened to the financial common sense of leveraging their cash flow to service a modest amount of debt? Something is definately wrong here.
