I am somewhat surprised that this has not popped a lot higher. You have to think at the worst case scenerio they get taken over in the 3's. I think it should go well over 4.
Thinking of loading up more here - what am I missing?

I read one piece which said the low producers would fall in price as longer reach wells attracted more interest. However, the oil bottleneck seems to be lifting finally. CA oil prices should go up and this raises companies like TOL. I've owned several buyout targets and they  rarely get more than 30%. Sometimes much less.
