My buyout guesstimate
I'm pretty positive LTS will buy out TOL. They have a fair chunk already.
Now for the price they would be willing to pay?
My prediction is an exchange ratio of 0.45 LTS per TOL share which on
close of trading today would equate to $3.96.
All lands are then accretive and they could sell the Pouce Coup to get a
major chunk of cash to accelerate drilling program.
It looks like an all around winning deal to me.
I guess time will tell....if there isn't a deal the share price now is fairly
priced IMHO anyway.

Very simple math thrown togther based on the Torc purchase announced today.
Torc paid 89500 per bboed
Based on Tol production of 4200 X 89500
= 376 million or $5.37 per share based on 70 million outstanding.
very simple I know but food for thought.
