two LTS for three TOL, ie at 8,8 = 3,52. But it is "at least". Of course, one for two would be much better !
But I am quite sure LTS will be the bidder and it will not pay in cash

Good points Phillip. Have to agree on a share buyout.  I just came up with 3.45 on a % premium basis.
