NVS sold for $1.18
I guess we have to keep the target price at $3.50....Hurry up and wait!!

IMO, now it seems the deal involves more than a straight sale. There may be a small spin off company run by the current TOL managers AND/OR it is some type of merger with several moving pieces. $2.80 X .40 = $1.12. Add that to $2.80 = $3.92

That is a great idea...To have a spinout company. This mangement team is excellent.
