TOL accumulation phase a la NVS

Strikes me that this is being walked down/capped on low volume to the detriment of impatient retailers and that this could well be a repeat of the NVS sale - ie, that a deal is in the works for a 30-50% premium to a trading average uncer $2.70. I'll take that.
