no skin in the game

Board  and  management    are  motivated   to  accept  low  offer   as  they  have  very  few  existing  shares   but  lots  of  options  and  termination  fees    so  they  sold  there own  shareholders  " down  the  river"    out  of  pure  greed   so  they  could  capture    this  option  and  termination  fee money   which  looms  much  larger   than  their  shareholdings  .  What  a  scam !

Completely agree LTS will not let their shares go for such a low ball offer. Management has obviously sold everyone out here as they hold little shares but get a nice payday on options and termination fees.... Most likely they've negotiated they will be retained as this company has no presence or management to take it over. So any competing offer will win shareholder approval to kick this ...more

"The trading this morning at offer price is indicative that the market thinks a larger offer is warranted." -------------------------------------------------- What a stupid comment, as the trading indicates no such thing. Gawd.
