what a scam

im up on my investment but this is so shady, im not selling but i feel there definitely needs to be a investigation imo. nothing about the trading on this stock feels honest, aslo where is the news on the two gas wells? why is this informaation being held back, i thought it should be out last friday

that being said i feel its a great buying opportunity here but i dont see it being a hold long term becuase how management is running the company, i would love to know how much art is paying himself to steel from shareholders, i dont mind a r/s i feel it was needed its everything else they are doing that seems shady that needs to be investigated.

Art CEO is enjoying a $500K/ Salary...plus taking any fees provided and owed to him and converting it to cheap shares, many times, as his management staff..Its all there in the records, go check out Financials in the M&D ..Also, He and his managements executives had been SELLING shares as insiders, just prior to the Share consolidation. CEO had sold 1.2mm shares alone in August 2023 at a price

not all are shady, im invested into a cse stock where the ceo dont take a wage, also dont sell shares, yes r/s but from researching that company to being a new investor in this company, its night and day, how they do business. i think all take advantage but this company seems to be really going all out

It is no wonder the venture exchange is loosing the interest of the general public, as there is so many scammers running the companies and syphoning the value out!

I have been screaming from the rooftops but no one seems to be wanting to listen. All of the Canadian securities minus the big boy exchange the Toronto Stock Exchange. All of the stocks are trading vehicles. Some of them are complete shells
