Never said it had warrants attached...I specifically indicated that it did not have warrants...as many brokered deals do have...Read my post again!!!!!..

By the way...it remains to be seen what the actual closing price of thuis placement is and how much it is raised and whether it may even have warrants attached...Everything is still subject to Change...nothing here is final!!!..We will see , if and when it evenually closes....
