First you need to subdivide that's a year then build a shell building in Lumby that's 8 months to a year then fit out the inside with the grow area another 6-8 months And then after that 2-3 years you can submit your evidence package to Health Canada and wait another 6- 8 months if all goes well you may be able to flip the lights on in 3 to 4 years all while paying staff consultants property tax's. Similar business plans have been evaluated many many times before and didn't get past the napkin stage . Ok so refine plan , bring in modular or trailers etc , that too has been Anylized and simply the numbers don't work.
