SOBO Shares are Showing in RBC Accounts this Morning

They reflect with a market price of 29.25, but no ACB on them yet, as expected, nor has the TRP ACB been adjusted. Hope everyone has the same.

If I understood the transaction correctly, the SOBO shares received by the TRP shareholders are considered dividend-in-kind. So it probably won't affect the ACB of the TRP shares. Correctly me if I am wrong.

Amin - that is how I understand it isto work, but honestly, even after reading all the releases and everything else I can find, still clear as mud. Long and short however, I am betting TRP intentionally undervalued the SOBO assets, and issued less shares total as a result, so that the shares would have a good upside from the get go, and the dividend is pretty juicy too.
