Correction the deal was signed on 10/22 not 10/24. "...under which FSD will acquire Therapix, effective October 22, 2018 (the "Transaction")."

Why would anyone sell a day or two before we hear about the finalized deal. Increase your asks, let buyers chase this.

Only 19,000 shares trading so not much selling happening.  Some could be getting nervous as we approach the 30 day mark with no update that the deal may not be finalized.  I am starting to get a bit nervous that the drop in HUGE SP could be impacting the deal.  It is looking like a lot more shares of HUGE will have to be issued to facilitate the deal today then it did on Oct 22

I still believe the calculation of the 20 day moving average does not come into play until Q1, when things are actually closed.

You are correct, 20 day moving average prior to the actual closing date which is expected to be sometiem in Jan according to HUGE.  That would mean todays share price woudl not even factor into that equation and probably will not until Mid Dec.  We will know for sure when/if then release the definitive agreement. But I could see HUGE being concerned that they may have to issue about 40

Solid post Fundy. I contacted FSD's investor relations department just to confirm that the 20 day average was tied to closing date rather than the definitive agreement date. It is indeed the former as you have stated. All other points you made are valid. I see things very similarly. Another point of interest perhaps is if you assume that the deal falling through would result in a stock price

I had Oct 24, but it is indeed the 22nd.  That would mean tomorrow Nov 21 would mark the 30th day.  If the difinitive agreement is announced this is up an easy 25% from the $8.00 level and should move even higher then that.
