Ramping Time
(1) i read before "Shanghai factory was built in 168 days (which is fast).
(2) However, ramping of Austin/Berlin seems to be taking a longer time. Austin started ramping/starting some time in Dec 21. Berlin follows (still only 1000 cars a week. I am wondering what is taking so long.
(3) I have been involved in many commissioning (more involved than car, except robot use may be more complicated). These are generally much faster. Thx.

The lack of 4680 battery supply is holding up Giga Austin as they only had a million batteries in inventory and are now only producing a million per month. That will change rapidly as Elon has mentioned that Austen was "spooling up"
