TSLA Robo taxi Texas

I think TSLA Robotaxi with Safety driver will start soon in Texas. Any guesses when it may start earliest. My guess is 15 April 2025. Please post yours. Thx.

It's all ready begun for Tesla employees only , with a safety driver in California using existing cars .

(1) I know it has already begun for employees. (2) What I mean is "When TSLA Robo taxi with safety driver for paid customer may begun any where ?"       Best guess please. (3) Polo Alto municipality (near TSLA Engineering headquarter) has shown great interest.
