TSLA Relaxed Robo + FSD rules

(1) Presently, each manufacturer can add only 2,500 Robo cars per year.

This is to be changed to 2 M cars per year.

(2) TSLA in USA will start Robo with Model y & 3 Cars.

(3) Very soon TSLA will stop selling cars and use as its Robo in whole world.
