Semiconductor market up - TSM down ?

What gives ?  worldwide shortage of semiconducters -  market robust - prices up, Yet for the past month TSM stock price going downwards ?    What the heck?  I own some JP Morgan emerging markets B and they have 6.7% of their holdings in TSM.. consequently it is a drag on their price.
Any one know what is going on with TSM

I wrote that on 18 august and TSM was $110,   since then it has gone steadily upwards and closed $118 on 30th August.  oh well...
