They all have their thing. you can be a fan or not but nothing wrong with a good trade. current state I wouldn't pay more than 5 cents for tvl but (imo) this isn't a team spinning the wheels. stuck maybe, ya. If they share the plan,I can determine if I want to participate further. Early fan of plx due to original online energy ground and that stuff is near back yard. 6 months of watching

Will they get fair market value for their properties? Yes but the market sucks so the price will be very low. Will they survive? I guess if they reduce their costs close to zero while watching the tenure on their lands slip away perhaps. But is this living?

Even a very low price is a +200% from here minimum. With such properties there is no reason to wait for a disaster than sell.  And oil prices could move up too in the meantime.
