It's simple

IF they have any dignity, they will sell the company at the cheap, they will pay the debt etc, and distribute what is left to shareholders, themselves included.

I doubt they have, of course.

"They" is the bank now.  Don't see where the "dignity" comes in.  The Bank will do what is in the best interest of the bank.  Management had their chance to salvage some value and failed.

Yeah shareholders will get nothing, they'll get pennies on the dollar for the assets, AER will be involved to get thier share for reclamation, then the list of debt hodlers will eat the rest.
