TSL Property is Another Hidden Gem

I am still waiting for someone in Canada to give us a sense of their BC Canada property value. They note that they own outright two properties. One here in California and one in BC Canada. Both are hidden nuggets. Potential for sale/leaseback...and a much bigger SD potentially on the horizon. Operationally, very sustainable with current assets and investments. Thoughts?

Using 28,430,000 Currently OUTSTANDING shares__That PROPERTY VALUE Works  OUT to $2.39 Per Share__or ALMOST HALF the Current Share Price eh !!!!!!!!!!!
