Instead of complaining of ill-treatment, just give us a detailed analysis of what is a FAIR price. If the TRR offer is not fair, not one insider bought GLD shares in the last 12 months when the GLD price was even lower !! A lot of GLD shareholders were content with management in past few years which increased the number of GLD shares (170 mil+ diluted), but

Hmmmm. I thought so. No real answer just a feeling of being cheated. You have my sympathy. I've felt like that too in a few my investments, but I take responsibility of my decisions and don't waste my energy complaining fruitlessly. Your only option is not to tender; you could get lucky if enough people feel like you.
