Instead of complaining of ill-treatment, just give us a detailed analysis of what is a FAIR price. If the TRR offer is not fair, not one insider bought GLD shares in the last 12 months when the GLD price was even lower !! A lot of GLD shareholders were content with management in past few years which increased the number of GLD shares (170 mil+ diluted), but ...more

Here's a fair price, withdraw the OFFER and we'll do it on our own, we don't need TRR for us to move forward, you doNo wonder you keep showing up on GLD board trying for us to tender our shares to this ridiculous offerMove on without us, thats a fair offer

Hmmmm. I thought so. No real answer just a feeling of being cheated. You have my sympathy. I've felt like that too in a few my investments, but I take responsibility of my decisions and don't waste my energy complaining fruitlessly. Your only option is not to tender; you could get lucky if enough people feel like you.

I posted once on GLD board, when I made it clear you had every right to NOT TENDER. I just wanted to correct the misstatements by a few folks on that board about only a '2 cent' increase in the ...more

One difference, I don't take responsibility for my actions. First our management tell us not to tender, then give the booth to one on the board, then tell us this deal is great for GLDSmeels purdy darn fishy if you ask meHow can I take responsibility when I know I'm getting fleece. Say something and do the opposite
