Trelawney

Prob the most overlooked Canadian junior out there...

Trelawney is on pace to out-speed OSK in terms of drill hole to production at the pace it's disocvering bulk tonnage ounces at.  Less than 2 years from the first drill hole released to market and TRR is looking to release not its first but second Resource Estimate for their Cote Lake Deposit.

The initial 43-101 was based on 1/2 the current strike length and the current 43-101 was done when the only focuses were Chesters~ and Cote Lake.  Now Trelawney has all of the Augen Gold claims, a much better understanding of the properties and mineralization, 400% more drill drigs to fast-track studies, 500% more cash at roughly $100 M and another 1 Moz of gold (Jerome Mine - Augen acquisition).

2 years into exploration and TRR could have 8.0 million ounces total resources - 7~ million ounces Cote Lake, (Augen 1 Moz).

In another 18 months when TRR releases their 4th Resource Estimate do you think the enterprise value will still be $525~ million fully diluted, with most of the resources upgraded to much higher categories and a resource in the neighbourhood of 12-15 million ounces.

DGC and OSK are development stories which are ramping up to be 500k + producers, each trade @ $2.0 + billion and $3 + billion market caps.  TRR trades for just over $500 million enterprise value and has the same production profile, a very similar but even quicker discovery pace and the most favourable jurisdiction of them all.

To put this in perspective RVC was acquired last year for $500 million by New Gold for their Blackwater Deposit in B.C.  They had 4.1 Moz of gold @ 1.00 g/t au.. that's less than TRR's first Resource Estimate in a less favourable jurisdiction.

I agree....Except one thing.   Ontario has lost so much credit as a favourable jurisdiction, I believe were down to 8th in Canada now. And with the new set of rule changes to the mining act coming we could go out of the top 10.
