Done deal - 20% of TRR shares sold in first 45 min

Trade volume stands at over 36 million in the first 45 minutes or so of trading.  That's about 20% of all TRR shares that have sold already today.

Who do you think has bought all these shares at just a few pennies under the agreement price?

Does the name IMG come to mind?

If IMG and its agents buy most of the shares before any shareholder vote takes place, what do you think the result of the vote will be?

I think that $3.30 is far too cheap; $5.00 to $6.00 would be much fairer to investors.  But I sure looks like a done deal.

IMHO not a done deal. Majority of shares bought today was by investors 9speculators) who believe second or third offer will come. Insiders do not control what will happen.

On top of it being bad timing for TRR in a dead market, they have mostly an inferred resource with less than a million oz in the indicated category at this time and because of these factors, speculation of IAMGOLD upping the ante by much if any at all is only a pumpers fantasy.
