Reason for optimism?? I don't see it

Yes, I know, never believe anything posted on a discussion board.  Yet, partly because of the views posted on this board, I sold some and kept some.

Those predicting a higher price have not put up any information to support their predictions.  So please put up or stop spreading misinformation.

On what you are basing your optimism about a higher price happening?  The TRR BOD already approved the sale at $3.30. Insiders that support the deal already hold a lot of the shares.  And if IMG picks up enough shares, which they already may have done, any shareholder vote becomes meaningless.

What makes you think, realistically, that this may not be a done deal?

I know that my 10's of thousands of shares will not be taken from me unless the buyout forces this upon me. I will never vote for such a low ball offer. My answer is no on the proxy vote.
