Vote NO!!

Our best chance is if we vote no......13.3% vote so far is peanuts, when they acquired Augen Gold, management and the inner circle had 42% i believe(right off the get-go).....We still managed to get a 30% increase,we retail holder were holding on till the end(and guess what we succeeded).......People like Jenning et al, they are the ones holding all the cards(10's of millions of shares), another word the deal breaker. And believe me, Jenning has their eye on $4 to $4.25s/p......Me think, the only reason Gibson and his team took the $3.30 s/p is because(as Digger144 stated),they are overwhelmed by the cash deal.So to put it this way(they don't have to liquidate on the Open Market thus dropping the s/p the oblivion). Now they can sit back, and we do the dirty work, then they reap the rewards also(keeping their nose clean sort of speak)........Listen very carefully to the IMG'S Webcast(they want this deal).....Time to pay the piper.....If all fails, at least we tried(we have nothing to lose by voting NO)and only 10-30% more to gain.......Final point i'll make for all the non-believer...If IMG is willing to pay half a billion$$, we know they are buying to invest(to make money), and they are buying this Junior at 2008 lows basically(if the Market was running on all cylinder)6-$8 s/p would be TRR new norm.6 months from now  who knows where the TSX.V Market will be(automatically all the Juniors moves on with the wave pushing them forward).....Vote NO......GLTA

NO it is..the offer is an insult.. People only mention the 6.9 million ounces at Cote Lake but TRR has so much more..Jerome..Chester..infill drilling has proven up much of the inferred resources to indicated (the low indicated  resource in the last resource calcn was largely why TRR's share price went down)..expansion drilling to the S and N/NW has added ounces..we are at 10+ million ...more
