That is, unless the deal goes dead with IAMGOLD in 2 months and the definitive agreement expires over a shareholder no vote which may not be needed by then to gain a majority with the entire float having been just about turned over in less than 2 sessions already.

Shareholders risk not getting what they could get for their shares now if this deal does become derailed by a shareholder no vote.  Don't believe that the best offer from any source to come HASN'T already been tabled.

The key word here is probably. If we wait and don't sell ourselves short we may earn a better reward. We as sharholders deserve a better number.
