Keep in mind the share price support was also held up leading to the bid. The stock would be at 1.20 had the bid not come in. IMG is nearing the point of walking if it's in the best interest of IMG they will walk away. If the share holders don't jump on this they going to find holding a stock thats cut down 70 percent and IMG will look at South America.

Either way, If you were a shareholder, then based on your beliefs, you have already sold into the bid. Which of course begs the question, why are you still here trying to convince everyone to sell? GLTA

I can answer that for you. He owns IMG and is pushing that stock. Go over to the IMG board and read the posts. I did sell, have no agenda here but to offer my opinion on why I sold. I thank IMG for getting me out in this market. He on the other hand wants the takeover to go through. Yet many on that board along with anaylists are saying it was a bad idea for IMG to buy TRR. Just giving the facts .

So your saying for IMG to walk away? Buy RR i'm not saying that at all. IMG will be looking in South America or actually they already are in process of the second bid bit thats not going to be in Canada. So if you looking to pump RR no problem. IMG will walk from this deal with TRR give it a few more days and you will see the look on the face of the TRR holders. Uncle thanks for your respect &
