Voted a big NO!!
Received all info today......My voting proxy has been signed, sealed and delivered against this ludicrous offer today......I'm not so sure about our BOD though(they suggest we vote in favour of this deal)........Digger(out of respect), i believe your assumption may be a little off.This deal sure seems like a very friendly deal for TRR's management team.......But in the meantime, i sure hope the level invested shareholders will follow suit like myself and vote against this TRR/IMG marriage at this $3.30 Micky Mouse offer.............P/S:...We should get a very good grip very soon on the direction this will lead us to(the volume and s/p), will give us that indication....GLTA
