Cote Lake will prove to be a winner for IMG. $3.30 will be found to be dirt cheap and we'll wonder why management rushed into such a deal rather than fight the bid. Ce la vie.

Much depends on the commodity cycle and improved economic outlook giving rise to improved outlook for these venture/junior type stocks.
