You can issue all the “fluff” press releases you’d like, Mr. James A. Tocher.
Doing so is not going to change the very fact being that this company’s representatives have not been able to retain enough profit with which to support the issuance of a bottom line per share profit figure. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Indonesia can affirm their commitment to the deployment of Fixed WiMAX based on the IEE802, 16d standard; yet having the Indonesian authorities doing so does not in any way improve the present circumstance, as pertains to bottom line “profitability” and how such an attained profitable status could serve in convincing the street’s participants to commence moving the company’s share price upward, Mr. James A. Tocher.
James A. Tocher stated, “There have been delays in deployment of WiMAX by the operators due to the pressure by companies of competing technologies," said Jim Tocher, President and CEO of Tranzeo Wireless. "We expect the operators to resume their qualifications and deployments as result of the mandate by the government and confidence in our WiMAX products bolstered by our recent success in India with major operators."
“Delays” may as well be your middle name, Mr. Tocher. LOL!
Perhaps Mr. Patrick N. Smith, the newly appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, would certainly know that there are plenty of WiMAX equipment manufacturers and vendors available for Indonesian telecommunications operators to choose from.
After all, when it comes to the ‘greasing of the palms’, if you will, it’s not as though any Indonesian government officials could have bested a certain accused Indian government and regulatory official, eh.
It’s been suggested that those Indian 2G spectrum licenses were just about reserved for certain Indian VIP purchasers and that the licenses had just about been given away in exchange for "a song and a dance", if you will.
Hmm; one could suggest that the awarding of those 2G Indian spectrum licenses and Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc/Aperto Networks enterprise do share something in common; i.e. both the 2G spectrum Licenses in question and the Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc/Aperto Networks enterprise respectively had and do have a “Fire Sale” price attached.
Perhaps you’ll have to wait another year (see ‘dead money’) before the operators of this Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc/Aperto Networks enterprise could be anywhere near able to produce an ever elusive bottom line per share profit figure.
One is heading over to the DragonWave Inc (DWI: TSX) bulletin board.
Alas, this recent appointment of Mr. Patrick N. Smith to Chairman of the Board of Directors seems thus far to have been a futile maneuver.
One had been - just for a nanosecond there, expecting Mr. Patrick N. Smith to perhaps bring along with him the very large “FIRE SALE” signage which one had been mentioning or a most profitable business plan; thus perhaps enticing any interested party or persons.
Oh well. Too bad; so sad.
