Food delivery firms and flawed thinking on profits

Very good article on Door Dash IPO, nice to see a refreshing truthful article instead of the false hype that's been given to delivery firms and the unreasonable profit margins institutions are praying for.  The whole business idea is flawed and as the author mentions, chain restaurants can manage their own delivery at a much cheaper price, if not for free. When this bubble bursts institutions will be heading for the exit and retail will get killed.
